We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 30 days from receipt. Please email us to get a Return Authorization Number before shipping product back. Product must be shipped back in original packaging, be in re-sellable condition, and properly package to avoid damage. We cannot accept returns of personalized items or items that have used, unless they are defective. If you are sending back a defective item, please include the problem with the product when you email us. There is a 25% restocking fee on in-stock items. But refunds will not include shipping charges if the order is canceled after the product has been shipped.
All shipments of in stock items are processed next business days. Custom designs are 3-4 weeks. Shipping charges are based on destination. Choose from different shipping services. Once the product has been shipped from us, the carrier is now responsible for the product, to include timing and condition. If there has been damage to our product during shipping, contact that carrier within 3 days of delivery. Please make sure you have the packaging and emailed receipt to show them for your claim.
